Lara was a god send. She helped us wean our one year old from nursing at night and using a soother for naps. By night 2, our baby was sleeping through the night all by herself AND is now successfully napping without a soother or us having to rock her. Lara took the time to really listen to our concerns about crying it out and developed a personalized plan that we felt comfortable with. She was informative and encouraging. Throughout the entire time, she was extremely supportive and despite having her hands full with two kids, she managed to respond quickly and thoughtfully every time. I cannot recommend her enough!
Lara was a huge support to our family as we transitioned to a new approach to sleep in our household. At 15 months we felt our son was ready to move out of our room and our bed into his own room and bed to get more restful sleep as he was waking up 5-7 times a night and only falling asleep after nursing and lying with mama. I could no longer keep up this sleep depriving schedule after returning to work and I know our little guy was not getting enough sleep - Lara to the rescue!
We wanted to approach this transition for our little guy as gently as possible (I wasn't prepared to fully night wean or leave our son to cry endlessly by himself) and Lara was fully supportive of that and the gentle 6 week journey we took to get us to our goal.
With daily support and guidance form Lara I can say we have come a long way and our son now falls asleep himself, in his room, in his crib, for both naps and at bedtime and is only waking at most twice a night while then falling back asleep quickly.

There are not enough words available to describe how thankful I am for the help, encouragement, support and confidence Lara has given to me and my family. My little one was a terrible sleeper. I mean TERRIBLE. Up 6-12 times a night. Every single night, without fail. She would only go down for me, and I could only get her back down by nursing her. I was exhausted.

I am so delighted to say that my little one now sleeps 12 hours at night, and has 2 naps during the day. I am such a better mother now that I am rested, and have a well-rested baby. I cannot recommend Lara highly enough!

Lara was thorough, thoughtful and gentle in her approach to help our little guy fall asleep on his own at bedtime. It took us a lot longer than we anticipated (stubborn little man) but Lara was a positive and encouraging voice throughout. Hudson now is falling asleep within 15-20 min of us putting him down and sleeps through the night (10 - 11 hours) -- a huge change from up to 2 hours of crying & multiple wake ups.
Lara is your cheerleader, not a strict coach that faults you for mistakes. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to teach their baby or child how to become a better sleeper.
Lara has been an absolute blessing. I first reached out to Lara when baby P was only 3.5 months old. However, because she was so young, I had feared that a) it was too early to start sleep training b) the only solution was an aggressive “cry it out” approach and c) it wouldn’t work. Let me start by saying, it’s NEVER too early to start on good sleep habits! Frankly, I wish I started earlier! When I started working with Lara, baby P was waking 3-4 times per night for a feed and while her naps were ok, they were fairly inconsistent. Within 3 nights of solid sleep changes, baby P was down to 1 night waking and by the end of week 2, she was sleeping throughout the night. Fast forward 1 month later and baby P consistently sleeps a 12 hour stretch from 7pm to 7am! I actually forgot what it felt like to have a good nights sleep! I never thought that it would be possible to have a 4 month old sleeping through the night, but baby P is living proof! Lara does not give you a “one size fits all” approach. She is incredibly thorough and provides solutions that are tailored to your baby and in line with your goals. She provided us with a very gentle approach (the opposite of the aggressive “cry it out” model I feared). More importantly, and what I appreciated the most, was that Lara was there with us every step of the way. Whenever we hit a road block or there was a regression, Lara was there tweaking the plan and providing the support and advice to get us to our goal. Since working with Lara, I have noticed such a positive change in baby P’s temperament. She is such a happy baby and I attribute a lot of that to her healthy sleep habits. For anyone thinking of sleep coaching, my advice would be to do it! I am so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Lara and I would highly recommend her!
We hired Lara after the abysmal experience with our previous sleep consultant. Lara was AMAZING. She has helped our little dude come such a long way with his sleep. She is caring, compassionate and understanding and really listened to our concerns. She worked with what we were comfortable with, while giving us the confidence to push him little by little outside of ours and his comfort zones. Lara is AMAZING!! I can’t thank her enough for everything she has helped me with. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without all of her advice. She listened to my concerns and helped me set out a plan that worked for my son and I. I received numerous comments about how much happier my son is now that he is so well rested.
